2018 has been a hugely busy year for THE PLANNING SHOP. To support the company’s growth, both in the UK and the USA, we have recruited a number of pharma and market research experts to join our growing team. Please welcome our 2018 new members.
Luana Kaderabek – Senior Research Executive
Luana joined THE PLANNING SHOP this year as a Senior Research Executive. With a background in digital anthropology and experience in trends and consumer research, as well as involvement in several different qualitative healthcare projects, we welcome her to our team.
Rob Rawlinson – Associate Director
Rob joined THE PLANNING SHOP in 2018, bringing with him a wealth of global market research experience. Rob’s passion is qualitative patient research, having been involved in setting up and running a patient research division in an earlier life. Beyond patient research alone, his experience spans oncology, immunology, neurology and many rare diseases.
Bilal Babar, Associate Director – Statistician
Bilal is a statistician methodologist with experience in a range of advanced quantitative methodologies. He is skilled in selecting, designing and analysing appropriate quantitative studies and we welcome him to THE PLANNING SHOP.
Emma Basden-Smith – Research Director
Emma has joined our company bringing with her a wealth of experience in global pharmaceutical market research. Having worked alongside consumer-focused colleagues in her previous life, Emma understands how the industry is evolving at the sharp end and is keen to ensure that healthcare market research stays ahead of the curve.
Sonia Jain – Research Executive
Sonia is a biomedical scientist with a specialisation in oncology. She has significant experience working on chronic lymphocytic leukaemia in a lab-based setting and over a year’s experience in qualitative healthcare market research. Sonia has also worked with a telemedicine start-up head-quartered in the Netherlands, connecting patients across the African continent with physicians worldwide. The research included concept testing, studying the market context and user experiences.
Olafemi Odusina – Research Executive
Femi has a background in nutrition and public health, primarily focusing on obesity and the social determinants of health outcomes. Having studied at the University of Surrey (BSc) and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (MSc) he has amassed a wealth of knowledge on global health institutions, health policy, and population needs.
Femi’s passion for finding unique solutions to health problems has led him to THE PLANNING SHOP where he looks to build on his knowledge base and provide a new perspective to market research.
