We’re looking for a talented and passionate researcher to join our growing team in the US. All 30 members of the US team work virtually, based throughout the Philadelphia and New York areas. This position reports directly to one of our Research Directors and is a unique opportunity for you to showcase your consultancy approach to research.

Success in this position is measured by your ability to manage multiple qualitative and quantitative, local and international projects by both leading and supporting others on the project from proposal to debrief; to be part of the team, helping to build the client base by attracting repeat business from successful project delivery and over servicing.

We’re looking for you if you have a bachelor’s degree, four years’ experience working in a market research agency with a pharmaceutical focus (preferably in multiple therapeutic areas), expertise in ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative market research techniques, and high standards in terms of quality products and client service, and the ability to work proactively in a virtual environment, and a willingness to travel for fieldwork as required.

The role is accountable for promoting a professional research environment that encourages repeat business; delivering an agreed target turnover of projects; managing a team of researchers; delivering high quality research projects; and ensuring the successful implementation of PLANNING SHOP research methodologies. The post-holder will also become part of the management team, actively contributing to the strategic and tactical direction of the Company, as well as advising and supporting Global Operations in the resourcing of all research projects.

Requirement: a minimum of five years’ experience working in a market research agency with time spent on healthcare and pharmaceutical projects (client-side experience also an advantage); team management and development experience; a good understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries; and a passion for oncology research.
