Rebecca joined THE PLANNING SHOP in August 2020.
She brings expertise in branding and strategy and a rich history in market research.
During her career in advertising, she has worked in both account management and strategy roles where market research was a critical tool to inform strategy. Rebecca has experience in both healthcare and consumer brands.
Rebecca has a degree in Marketing and Marketing Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

As well as being MD of the EU office, Phil also heads up THE QuantSHOP, a specialist quantitative research practice at THE PLANNING SHOP.
His role encompasses innovation on new research approaches, working with clients on quantitative research studies and facilitating brainstorms and workshops for client specific projects.
With more than 25 years’ experience of managing quantitative research Phil has a wealth of expertise in segmentation, conjoint and pricing as well as communications testing (such as message and concept testing).

Dori has a degree in Advertising Design from Cornell University and an MBA in Marketing from New York University.
Since graduating from New York University Dori spent seven years at Young & Rubicam Advertising, NY, where was an SVP and Planning Director for their then-largest account, the US Army Recruitment Command.
In the mid-90s Dori transferred to Y&R Europe, where she spent more than seven years in market research and consultancy at Wirthlin Worldwide. Her time there saw her focus entirely on pharma business.

Claire has over 14 years’ experience in primary qualitative and quantitative healthcare marketing research in addition to prior agency-side experience in health outcomes and medical communications.
During her time at THE PLANNING SHOP, she has led several highly successful collaborations and – as someone who loves to innovate – her passion has been to find creative new ways to solve client’s complex business problems.
Claire brings a wealth of global experience to the Company, having attended research in the US, Europe, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and South Africa, to name but a few. She also holds a Masters Degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University, UK, with a specialism in Molecular Biology.

Tim started his career in consumer research before moving to THE PLANNING SHOP to focus on healthcare. Fast forward 12 years, and he has moved from directing the UK business to leading Global Business Support. This is a wide-ranging role that covers budgeting, resourcing and – his first love – training and development.
Tim has a degree in American Studies from The University of Wales, Aberystwyth.

Mary leads the Oncology Research Group at THE PLANNING SHOP, managing the strategic direction of the team and overseeing all oncology research projects. Her oncology experience has covered virtually every tumor type including solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
Before joining the Company, Mary worked in the bio-oncology group at National Analysts Worldwide (now NAXION). She has also held various positions serving the pharma industry, including Clinical Publications Lead at AstraZeneca, Medical Director for an oncology-focused medical communications agency, and Senior Medical Writer in several therapeutic areas.
Mary holds a PhD in Basic Medical Sciences from The New York University and a BS in Biology from The Pennsylvania State University. She also has extensive experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in biology, genetics, immunology, and microbiology.

Caroline leads the Rare Disease Group at THE PLANNING SHOP.
After studying Medical Bio-chemistry, Caroline spent 14 years at IMS Health, over 10 years as an independent, director-level consultant and four years as a director at J & D Associates.
Throughout her career, Caroline has had an active interest in orphan diseases and has expertise in a wide range of orphan disease conditions, including various lysosomal storage disorders.

Nick joined the healthcare market research world in 1997, working for a UK-focused agency on both qualitative and quantitative research. He originally joined for just two weeks, but stayed for 17 years, during which time he ran the IT support (as a geek at heart), and eventually became the Director of Research.
In 2014, Nick joined THE PLANNING SHOP as a part of the UK team, but quickly expanded to running global research projects. He is now responsible for running multi-market studies across many accounts and has a keen interest in developing a wider base of clients.
Nick has a degree in Economics from the University of Bath.

Lloyd has been providing consultancy advice to healthcare clients for the last 30 years from a European base. He has also spent several years working out of the USA.
A recognised expert in market access, he has lectured and run workshops on market access at industry meetings and dedicated individual company programmes. Lloyd’s specialist areas include pricing and access research projects, Global Payer Advisory Boards and access consultancy. Lloyd has also advised pharma companies on organising for market access.
Lloyd has a degree in History from Manchester University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Adelphi Group he worked for Astra Zeneca.
