Research Manager - Qualitative Research

Research Manager - Qualitative Research US based, Virtual Office Environment

We’re looking for a talented and passionate researcher to join our growing team in the US. All 30 members of the US team work virtually, based throughout the Philadelphia and New York areas. This position reports directly to one of our Research Directors and is a unique opportunity for you to showcase your consultancy approach to research.

Success in this position is measured by your ability to manage multiple qualitative and quantitative, local and international projects by both leading and supporting others on the project from proposal to debrief; to be part of the team, helping to build the client base by attracting repeat business from successful project delivery and over servicing.

We’re looking for you if you have a bachelor’s degree, four years’ experience working in a market research agency with a pharmaceutical focus (preferably in multiple therapeutic areas), expertise in ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative market research techniques, and high standards in terms of quality products and client service, and the ability to work proactively in a virtual environment, and a willingness to travel for fieldwork as required.
Sales Administration Executive

Sales Administration Executive UK based, Ealing, UK

We wish to hire a Sales Administration Executive to work with the Global Head of Client & Brand Strategy and the Business Development team. Your overall aim will be to support them in (1) enhancing/maintaining existing client relationships to generate repeat sales, and (2) find new business opportunities and prospects to target through online research.

You will manage this through sales support/admin support – about 60% of the role. However, the role also includes business development research, talking to clients (either to set up meetings or gather market information useful to the BD team), generating BD reports, and assisting with the RFI and RFP process.
