Terms and conditions for Season’s Greetings calendar puzzles and competitions
1. Competition entries
1.1. To enter a competition on THE PLANNING SHOP Season’s Greetings calendar, you must be an existing contact of THE PLANNING SHOP (i.e., a customer, a partner, an individual working for one of our client companies, or somebody who is on our existing contacts database). We reserve the right to reject entries from competition entrants who are not deemed to be existing contacts.
1.2 Individuals must send their answers for each individual puzzle/competition via email only to [email protected]. (Entries sent to any other PLANNING SHOP company email address will not be valid.) All correct entries for each puzzle/competition will be collated after 24 December 2021, and the winners for each puzzle/competition will be drawn at random to win one of 10 prizes.
1.3 Only one entry per puzzle/competition/date per person is allowed. For example an individual is allowed to send one entry for the puzzle on 1 December, and one entry for each of the remaining 23 puzzles/competitions. (Therefore 24 entries maximum per person across the entire competition.) Multiple entries for each individual puzzle/competition are not allowed (for example if an individual sends multiple entries for the puzzle on 1 December). We reserve the right to reject multiple entries.
1.4 You must be 18 years old or older to enter the puzzles/competition. By agreeing to the terms of this agreement you are acknowledging that you are 18 years of age or over.
1.5 If you do not satisfy the provisions of this clause 1 or do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you should immediately refrain from using THE PLANNING SHOP Season’s Greetings calendar.
1.6 You must not impersonate or try to impersonate another person.
2. Entering the Season’s Greetings calendar competitions and claiming prizes
2.1 After you have entered each competition and accepted these Season’s Greetings calendar terms you will receive an acknowledgement email from THE PLANNING SHOP stating your entry has been accepted. The acknowledgement will arrive within 48 hours.
2.2 The Season’s Greetings calendar competitions will close at 23.59 (GMT) on 24 December 2021. No entries can be received after this time.
2.3 The winners of the 10 prizes will be drawn at random and contacted by THE PLANNING SHOP by the end of the second week of January 2022. THE PLANNING SHOP will also post the names of the 10 winners on THE PLANNING SHOP website by the end of the second week of January 2022.
2.4 Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and offer no cash refund unless at the discretion of the supplier.
2.5 No cash alternatives are available.
2.6 The winner will be notified by THE PLANNING SHOP on how to redeem their prize.
2.7 If you have any complaint in relation to a prize you should contact the supplier directly.
2.8 If the prize does not match that of the description THE PLANNING SHOP are not held responsible and the supplier will need to be contacted.
2.9 THE PLANNING SHOP is not responsible for any financial loss that may occur as a result of claiming any prize with THE PLANNING SHOP Season’s Greetings calendar and no refunds will be provided as a result.
2.10 Each prize is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this section.
3. Donating to charity
3.1 We will donate US $1 to the charity of our choice for every correct puzzle entry/answer we receive up to a total amount of US $1000. Only one entry per puzzle/competition/date per person is allowed – see clause 1.3 above. We will publish the amount we donate in January 2022.
4. Links to third party websites
4.1 We do not have control over websites to which THE PLANNING SHOP Season’s Greetings calendar may link to, or the server the calendar is hosted on. THE PLANNING SHOP may contain links to third party websites (including supplier websites) that are not owned, operated, or controlled by THE PLANNING SHOP. Therefore, we cannot and do not assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such websites or the companies that own them, nor do we accept any responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Accessing third party websites is entirely at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot and will not censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using THE PLANNING SHOP Season’s Greetings Calendar you expressly relieve us from any and all liability arising from your use of any third party website.
